| The FBC Ministerial Staff is comprised of all licensed and ordained ministers who are members of Friendship Baptist Church, and all persons currently in preparation for licensing to the Gospel ministry. The ministerial staff meets monthly for MIT (Ministers in Training) sessions. These monthly informative sessions center on theological education, leadership development, and spiritual practices as essential components for professional and personal formation with regards to developing ministry competency. |
